Returns Policy
- If you are not completely happy with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
- Items which have been made to customer specification and differ in any way from the item description on the website, ie crystal colour, band colour, wire colour, are classed as bespoke designs and are therefore not eligible for refund.
- Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt using Royal Mail recorded delivery.
- Any refunds issued will be minus postage costs.
- Due to hygiene reasons earrings are non-refundable.
- Crystal Bliss reserves the right to refuse a refund/exchange if we believe a customer is taking advantage of the policy or if we believe that the date of your wedding has passed.

- All items are listed along with the current price.
- If any alterations you make to a design of an item incurrs an additional charge we will inform you before processing your order.
